International RED Locations
RED's engineering and consulting services are geographically oriented, fostering ongoing collaboration and cooperation among different locations. Our international standard operating methodology is grounded in a global delivery strategy, utilisation of diverse time zones, and streamlined, efficient project delivery.
RED offices are strategically located in Europe, the Middle East (EMEA), and Asia (APAC) regions. Prominent office locations in EMEA include London, Oxford, Newcastle, Dublin, Cork, Istanbul, and Dubai. In Asia, our sites comprise Singapore and Manila.
Our priorities for 2025 are to achieve profitable growth and position RED as a European leader in data centre design & engineering.
We maintain a comprehensive internal management system that defines our processes, policies, and ways of working. This system supports operational excellence, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all regions.
Our commitment to high standards is reflected in our ISO certifications in Environment, Energy, Health & Safety, and Quality, which are certified in several regions and applied globally. These certifications, along with our internal management system, align with our sustainability goals, driving effective management and continuous improvement.
Each system within our framework provides employees with clear guidance and resources, while offering external stakeholders confidence in the standards we uphold. Our goals are regularly reviewed in line with the ISO Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology, ensuring consistency, accountability, and continuous enhancement of our operations.
Governance of these management systems is embedded in our operations, with regular discussions among key stakeholders and formal management review meetings. Additionally, compliance, risks, progress, goals, and improvement opportunities are reported to the executive committee, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and responsible business practices.
ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS): Our environmental management system is designed around reducing the environmental impact of our design activities, electricity consumption, procurement, employee transport and waste management. It also plays a key role in the annual carbon footprint activities.
ISO 50001 Energy Management System (EnMS): Our energy management system highlights our energy consumption and tracks it against our 2019 baseline. We focus on monitoring, measuring, and improving data collection. Performance is evaluated using key energy performance indicators:
EnPI 001: kWh of electrical energy used per m² of office space
EnPI 002: kWh of heating fuel energy used per m² of office space
EnPI 003: Total kWh of energy used per employee
ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS): Our health and safety management system provides a structured framework for managing risks, demonstrating our commitment to worker well-being, regulatory compliance, and our duty of care, whether working from home, our offices, or customer sites.
ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS): Our quality management system emphasizes efficiency, operational and technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. It reinforces trust in our processes, product quality, and stakeholder accountability.
