RED’s female workforce representation has remained relatively stable at approximately 28% (94 women out of 340 relevant employees in 2025-26). Whilst we have not seen a significant upward trend, the ratios have remained constant with no deterioration, reflecting ongoing efforts to maintain representation in a challenging STEM labour market
Alignment with ENGIE Group Targets
As part of Tractebel, a company of ENGIE, RED is committed to supporting the ENGIE Group’s Fifty-Fifty initiative, which targets 50% managerial gender parity by 2030. RED has set the following internal targets to contribute toward this ambition.

Reduce the median gender pay gap year-on-year through targeted senior recruitment and promotion of female talent
Align with ENGIE Group’s ambition of 50% managerial parity by 2030, with annual progress reporting
